Job Summary
Volaris Group is looking for an M&A Manager to join the M&A team of one of its rapidly growing portfolios.
The role will entail leading M&A transactions during their entire cycle: from sourcing potential targets to signing NDAs, requesting information, performing valuations, issuing indicative offers, signing letters of intent, performing due diligence, and negotiating contracts to sign and close deals.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can thrive with minimal oversight.
