Job Summary
You will be part of the Global Workforce Management team, responsible for workload forecasting, staff capacity planning, scheduling and real-time performance monitoring.
The on-target earnings range is 2,125 – 3,116 EUR gross monthly, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives.
Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible, with an expectation to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
