Job Summary
As a member of the Operation Research Team, you will be responsible for capacity related topics and closely work with other functional groups locally and globally to meet the key performance indices through continuous improvement activities and projects.
You will also be involved in equipment capabilities, strategy, and roadmap for operation efficiency.
Establish & develop an AI-assisted system/dashboard to intelligently analyze the equipment/process performance in terms of OEE breakdown elements, capacity and bottlenecks.
