  • Partners closely with cross-functional teams to shape and execute medical plans, strengthen external stakeholder engagement, and uphold the highest standards of medical governance and compliance.
  • Leads, coaches, and develops the Hematology Medical team, ensuring clear objectives, accountability, and continuous professional development.
