As an Attic and Crawl Space Technician, you will be responsible for installing insulation, conducting rodent proofing and sanitation, performing mold remediation, and assisting with sheetrock/drywall installation and repair.

Ability to lift exceeding 75 lbs
Ability to crawl in small spaces
Ability to access through 22"x30" opening
Safely climb ladders or attic stairs
Proficient in staple guns, hammers, utility knives
Properly use personal protective gear

Previous insulation/rodent control experience
Communication and customer service skills
Leadership experience (supervised 2-3 crew)
Key Requirements
Must be 25 years or older
Own a valid driver's license with a good driving record
