• We advise clients on strategic planning, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and capital structure optimization throughout various stages of a company’s life cycle via in-depth consulting and financial modeling.
• The ideal Senior Associate candidate has 2+ years of related experience in a high growth and fast paced setting and has extensive experience performing in-depth company valuations, building detailed operating and cash flow models, assessing industry and competitive landscapes, performing due diligence, and executing both M&A transactions and private / public financings.
