Facilities management and CMMS expertise
Work order creation and management
Vendor and contractor coordination
Preventative and recurring maintenance scheduling
Customer service orientation
Proficient in MS Office and Excel
On-call availability for emergencies
Nice-to-have
Strong organizational and collaborative skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Effective communication and relationship building
Experience with KPI and SLA reporting
Vendor coaching and training capabilities
Key Requirements
3-4+ years facilities management experience
Experience managing CMMS/work order applications
Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent experience
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Willingness to be on call nights/weekends/holidays
