Key Requirements

  • 10 years HR experience in large-scale Hotel organization
  • 5 years managerial HR experience
  • Graduate degree in HR, Business Management, or Hospitality
  • Postgraduate degree or CIPD qualification
  • Excellent Greek & English language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with HRIS systems
