Base: 75,000-75,000; Bonus/Equity: Sales Incentive Plan (SIP); Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, etc.
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Reside within territory
Valid driver's license
Initiate and develop strategic implanting centers
Develop key referral networks
Act as primary account/implanter relationship contact
Sell InterStim devices to physicians and institutions
Nice-to-have
Solid knowledge of reimbursement climate
Experience calling on Neurology, Urology, Colo Rectal Surgeons
Experience developing new markets
Familiarity with the O.R.
Conceptual/consultative sales skills
Key Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of experience
Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience
Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
