Clinical research data warehouse management
Epic EMR system knowledge (Clarity Caboodle Cosmos)
Common data models (OMOP PCORnet) adoption
SQL Python R proficiency
Team leadership and mentorship capabilities

Experience with federal grant-funded research environments
Familiarity with cloud-native data patterns
Background in academic medical centers
Knowledge of FHIR standards and modern APIs
RN DNP MD or other clinical licensure

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience

Master's degree preferred in computer science or informatics
Epic certifications (Report Builder Caboodle) are a plus
