• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
• 5-8 years related experience depending on level
• 2+ years ICBM or complex defense systems experience
• 2+ years DoD Engineering and Manufacturing Development phase experience
• 2+ years DOORS requirements specification experience
• 2+ years Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
• U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance
