  • Lead a team of OHS specialists and Lifecycle coordinators, owning planning, implementation, and service levels, while managing and resolving complex OHS events across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Oversee vendor invoicing and billing activities for the Lifecycle Operations team, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and invoicing to clients.
  • Collaborate across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to execute and enhance integrations, processes, workflows, and SOPs in alignment with business objectives.
