Importantly, this candidate will help lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement for a new hub in Bogota.
Work closely with the regional analytics team in a global capacity, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of learning and improvement.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier college, 3.0 GPA or equivalent
6+ years of experience in a data-based role
Experience managing a team
