Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Install and remove synthetic turf systems
Operate machinery and power tools safely
Lift and carry up to 75 pounds frequently
Work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays
Stand on feet for up to 8 hours at a time
Nice-to-have
Prior stadium conversion experience preferred
Forklift operation experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication qualities
Ability to train third-party laborers
Experience with SEDA Seating system
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalency
1-2 years of related work experience
OSHA 10 General Industry certification preferred
Ability to understand verbal and written English instructions
Compliance with attendance rules and regular availability
