Job Summary
The Associate Director of Access & Reimbursement leads the development and execution of US market access and reimbursement strategies to ensure optimal payer coverage and patient access across the CSL Seqirus portfolio.
This role partners closely with commercial, marketing, medical and pricing teams to shape payer strategy across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, PBMs, and Federal accounts.
The Associate Director provides strategic insights into the evolving reimbursement landscape and contributes to long term pricing, contracting, and access strategies.
