• As Program Manager, Internal Control, you'll be leading critical initiatives that safeguard Sephora's assets and strengthen our operational integrity.
• Roughly 50% of the time will be dedicated to leading investigations, fraud detection, and vendor monitoring, while the remaining 50% will focus on internal control activities.

• 5+ years supporting corporate investigations
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) required
• Advanced experience with Excel and data analytics tools
• Experience in building, editing, and maintaining PowerBI dashboards
• 3-5 weeks of North America travel per year
