Job Summary

  • Managing a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend) with 30% of the time spent on management work and the rest actively participating in product development.
  • Responsible for hiring processes, onboarding new engineers, managing team dynamics, and providing continuous, constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Redesign engineering work shipping with autonomous agents, operationalize agentic workflows, build reusable agentic workflows, and use verification loops for quality assurance.
