Job Summary
The Team Leader is responsible for guiding and supporting an assigned group of hourly employees to achieve department goals and exceed customer expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include providing hands-on leadership through on-going coaching and training of employees, assisting in the training of new employees, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
