  • Ensure materials required for maintenance activities and defects are available when required as per the maintenance schedules.
  • Handle ordering and shipments to support maintenance activities and manage the movement of parts through the exchange and unserviceable return cycle.
  • Lead the analysis and maintenance of customer data to ensure scorecards are updated and engage in customer reporting meetings.
