Job Summary
This role directly impacts the ability to achieve business objectives on a global basis by providing strategic guidance and robust evidence development relevant to achieve optimal patient access by demonstrating the value of our breast cancer medicines.
The HV&E Director will be responsible for developing and executing against the global evidence generation strategy, including direct oversight of evidence generation activities and dissemination of technical deliverables.
This position will be working closely with the breast cancer GAV team, cross-functional and country teams to foster a culture that promotes innovation and thrives on doing better for Pfizer’s patients and healthcare.

Salary
Base: $176,600.00 - $294,300.00; Bonus/Equity: 20.0% bonus target; Benefits: Comprehensive and generous benefits and programs

Key Requirements
7+ years of experience with MSc/MPH/MBA degree; 5+ years with PharmD/PhD
Graduate degree required (e.g. MSc, MPH, PhD)
Demonstrated in depth understanding of fundamental health services research methods
Knowledge and understanding of drug development process
