Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Administer medications, complete charting and documentation, and perform various nursing care functions including catheterization, tube feedings, and dressing changes.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan and assessment functions to ensure quality resident care.
