  • The primary purpose of this job is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
  • You will be responsible for creating a culture of EHSS excellence, working in partnership with your colleagues on the plant leadership team driven by associate engagement.
  • The role requires managing daily, weekly, or monthly EHSS reporting and metrics while leading a team of EHSS professionals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
