Job Summary
Oversee the Credit Trading businesses, including proactive engagement and partnering with senior management, driving enhancements to risk culture, controls, and risk appetite.
Manage a team of experienced market risk managers and analysts, with an emphasis on development and coaching, across geographic regions and a hybrid working model.
Daily monitoring of risk, stress and Value-at-Risk (VaR) exposures against limits, driving both the articulation and adherence to risk appetite.
