Must-have

  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records Systems
  • Ability to provide culturally sensitive services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Nice-to-have

  • Ability to explain Child and Family Team process
  • Experience with crisis and risk assessment
  • Staff training assistance skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in behavioral health or related field
  • Or equivalent behavioral health work experience with Director approval
  • Must have or obtain valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Basic Life Support training within 10 business days of hire
  • TB screening and required vaccinations or exemptions
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
