The International Consultant will lead the technical design and drafting of Somalia’s National Guidelines for the Voluntary Carbon Market, ensuring alignment with international standards and national priorities.
The assignment includes close collaboration with national consultants and government bodies, with mandatory travel to Mogadishu for workshops and capacity building.
