Must-have
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years experience
Manage hourly workforce performance
Ensure zero OSHA recordable safety
Oversee inventory acceptance and storage
Monitor cycle counting procedures
Nice-to-have
Experience with WarpDrive software
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
Lean/6-Sigma Green or Black belt
Aerospace or automotive manufacturing background
Forklift operation capability
