  • Lead and manage the global DSCX UX research roadmap, including digital user flows, websites, web portals, and customer care experiences, in collaboration with UX leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Design and execute complex qualitative and quantitative research studies using rigorous, best practice methodologies.
  • Serve as a thought partner and mentor to the other three researchers on the team, providing strategic and executional guidance.
