Job Summary
The Director of Advanced Fabrication will be responsible for leading, directing, and managing the Region Weld Process Specialists.
Develop Region Metal Fab sales strategy with District Managers (DM’s) within the Region to achieve top line sales growth, EBITDA performance, and customer service excellence.
Manage the Air Liquide-Airgas commercial offering for all shielding, laser gases, and ARCAL product line.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in welding engineering or related degree
Three or more certifications: CWI, Hypertherm Mechanized Cutting Hard Automation, PE, CWEng, CRAW-O or CRAW-T, CWS, CWE or NCCER Instructor, Core & Welding
