Must-have
Hands-on HVAC and mechanical system experience
Troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment
Operating CMMS database for work orders
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
Knowledge of OSHA standards and local building codes
Nice-to-have
Experience with multiple building sites
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Understanding of hazardous materials disposal procedures
Familiarity with JLL ESCP audit requirements
Strong analytical skills for complex diagnostics
Key Requirements
High school diploma or state equivalent required
