Job Summary

  • The Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing subcontractor operations across all buildings within our remit at the RAF Marham location ensuring a safe system of work for all tasks.
  • Implement Authority to Work and Permit to Work systems where applicable, checking competency and monitoring adherence to RAMS and Point of Work Risk Assessments.
  • Line managing a small team of general maintenance operatives, ensuring performance, training, TBT sessions, PPE, auditing, Driving & other related standards are met.
