Assists the Event Manager in coordinating, organizing, and administratively and operationally following up on events to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Develops the establishment's internal, external, and digital communication, manages the hotel's e-reputation, and creates quality visuals for various platforms.
Supports the Project & Communication Manager in developing the establishment's communication and provides support on certain project management tasks.
