  • Assists the Event Manager in coordinating, organizing, and administratively and operationally following up on events to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
  • Develops the establishment's internal, external, and digital communication, manages the hotel's e-reputation, and creates quality visuals for various platforms.
  • Supports the Project & Communication Manager in developing the establishment's communication and provides support on certain project management tasks.
