Base: $56,000.00 - $84,000.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP) eligible; Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, employee stock purchase plan, tuition assistance

Must-have
Production scheduling and material scheduling
SAP and Blue Yonder MRP knowledge
Cross-functional team collaboration
Inventory and material consumption management
KPI monitoring and reporting
Onsite work minimum four days per week
Nice-to-have
LEAN/Six Sigma techniques experience
Project management skills
Excellent statistical and mathematics skills
Ability to present and communicate effectively
Experience with Factoryworks software
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Medical Device/Medical Supplies Manufacturing experience
APICS CPIM/CSCP certification
Working knowledge of SAP, Factoryworks, Blue Yonder
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
