Base: $222,000.00-$305,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Short term and long-term incentives including cash bonus and equity opportunities; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness programs, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement

• 7+ years Medical Affairs experience
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree
• Experience managing Medical Affairs teams
• Experience in Immunology/Lupus preferred
• Ability to travel 60% including overnight
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
