Job Summary

  • Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria, perform routine and complex technical procedures, and monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation.
  • Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls, report accurate and timely test results, and perform and document preventive maintenance and quality control procedures.

Key Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science
  • 1 years or more of clinical laboratory testing experience
  • ASCP or AMT certification
  • Familiarity with laboratory information systems
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
