  • Develop standardized reporting templates and metrics for data center projects and establish and maintain project controls procedures, standards, and best practices specific to data center construction.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years project controls experience
  • At least 3 years in data center or mission-critical facilities
  • Projects exceeding $500M in value
  • Advanced proficiency in project controls software
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Knowledge of data center construction processes
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
