  • You will run the SFA Operations Centre on a day-to-day basis, strengthening its capabilities in automation, AI-enabled monitoring, and incident response.
  • Implement and maintain automation workflows, dashboards, and system integrations to enhance operational efficiency and situational awareness.
  • Execute incident management procedures, including coordination, escalation, tracking, and documentation of incidents in accordance with established protocols.
