Job Summary
This role will be a key interface between CGS core business and clients involving onboarding users, keep them engaged, collections and improving the client’s experience throughout.
You will be responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of operations, product, technology partners and assist in diverse projects that are transformational to our global operations.
