Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years progressive manufacturing operations experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Site P&L responsibility experience
  • Multi-site leadership experience
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, AS9100, IATF standards
