  • This senior executive leadership position is accountable for the overall performance of the region, ensuring exceptional client experience, fostering talent and engagement, achievement of sales and financial goals and maintaining robust risk and control environments across Retail Banking, Mortgage sales, and Business Banking.
  • The role is responsible to lead region business strategy, growth and financial performance ensuring alignment with national objectives and represent Citi in the community.
  • Accountable for the overall performance of one or more Core Markets within the Branch Network, leading the development and execution of local and national strategies to achieve growth plans and increase market share.

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years related business experience
  • 10+ years of sales and multi-level management experience
  • 5+ years of Retail Banking, Mortgage, or Business Banking experience
  • Experience with Affluent/High Net Worth customers, mortgage, business banking, and DeNovo branches
  • Proven experience in multi-site and multi-level management environments
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent required
  • Master's degree preferred
