As a Shift Lead, you will ensure that the vision, culture, and core values of Dutch Bros are upheld on every shift, acting as a servant leader within the shop.
Your primary responsibility is to model and meet all expectations of the Broista role, train new Broistas operationally and culturally, and aid your Shop Manager and Shop Lead in shop support.
