Job Summary

  • The Financial Operations Specialist provides comprehensive accounting and fiscal support for ongoing business operations and serves as a primary liaison with campus stakeholders in the preparation, processing, and review of financial transactions.
  • This role is responsible for generating and reconciling financial reports; ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory standards; and compiling and analyzing financial data.
  • The benefits package includes university contributions to health, dental, life and disability insurance, tuition waivers for employees and their families, 12 official holidays, immediate leave accrual, and a choice of retirement programs with university contributions ranging from 5 to 10% of employee salary.
