Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2 to 4 years maintenance experience
Electro-mechanical and electronics knowledge
Read technical drawings and manuals in Spanish and English
Interpret pneumatic, electrical, and electronic diagrams
Proficiency with multimeter, ammeter, oscilloscope, and welding tools
Knowledge of HVAC, compressed air, and water treatment systems
Nice-to-have
Basic English language skills
Microsoft Office computational knowledge
Basic PLC programming knowledge
TPM certification
Lean Manufacturing certification
Ability to work under pressure
Strong time organization and administration skills
Key Requirements
Technical degree (Mechanic, Electrician, or Electromechanic)
2 to 4 years of prior similar experience
Certification in TPM or Lean Manufacturing (desirable)
