Review and develop construction cost budgets for feasibility studies, preliminary, schematic, design documents & construction document budgets in support of a variety of construction projects.
Create and execute contracts based on full scope projects and compile project unit pricing and labor rates from contractors.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Management
Understanding of CSI trade costs
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
