Key Requirements
7+ years in Facilities Management
Proven experience managing unionized and non-unionized workforces
Strong experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
Power user status in SAP or equivalent CMMS
At least 3 years in an IFM or Service Provider capacity
Experience in a GxP or highly regulated diagnostic/clinical environment
