Key Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds
• Active state medical license
• 2-5 years post-residency clinical experience
• At least 18 months in urgent care or emergency medicine
• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
