  • This role serves as the primary commercial interface between Diageo Italia S.p.A. and Gruppo Montenegro for Johnnie Walker and Bulleit brands.
  • The successful candidate will lead the annual Joint Business Plan, drive execution excellence across all channels, and manage forecasting and supply cycles.

  • 8+ years commercial experience in FMCG or Spirits
  • Deep knowledge of Italian On Trade and Off Trade channels
  • Proven experience managing distributors and building JBPs
  • Strong analytical skills with IRI/Nielsen/GfK and Power BI
  • Fluent in Italian and professional English

Nice-to-have

  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
  • Strong personal accountability and high execution standards
  • Knowledge of DRINKiQ principles and compliance

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of commercial experience
