GMP Technologies (S) PTE LTD is seeking an ITSM Governance & Service Quality Analyst to enhance IT Service Management processes within their Capital Markets division. The role involves governance, data quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment
Job Summary
Drive standardization and continuous improvement of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Lead Run governance forums and track service performance through KPIs and reporting dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
Oversee Business Continuity planning, DR coordination, and annual exercises while managing Major Incidents across Capital Markets teams.
