Job Summary

  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Lead Run governance forums and track service performance through KPIs and reporting dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Oversee Business Continuity planning, DR coordination, and annual exercises while managing Major Incidents across Capital Markets teams.
