Sturm Foods is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for its Marietta, GA, plant, responsible for leading safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong EHS background in manufacturing, with a focus on fostering a safety culture and conducting audits

Job Summary

  • As an EHS Manager, you will be a key player in shaping a safe, healthy, and engaging work environment for both the Marietta, GA, plant, & Moorestown, NJ plant.
  • You will champion a culture of safety across the facilities by working closely with employees and leadership, identifying and mitigating risks, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring all team members are trained and equipped to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
  • This is a multi-site role supporting both Marietta, GA and Moorestown, NJ, with anticipated travel/site presence of approximately 60% in Marietta and 40% in Moorestown during the first 3–6 months, transitioning to approximately 80% Marietta and 20% Moorestown thereafter.
