This role provides end-to-end transaction support for both refinance and purchase files, ensuring timely title clearance, accurate documentation, and compliance with client and internal service level agreements (SLAs).
The Premier Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for loan officers, processors, borrowers, attorneys, realtors, and vendors throughout the life of the file.
