Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for the effective administration, compliance, and execution oversight of international employee benefits and recognition programs.
  • The Manager leads a team of specialists and coordinates with internal stakeholders, vendors, and legal/compliance teams to ensure that all benefit operations are aligned with company policy, regulatory requirements, and employee needs.
